At least once in your life you must have been here: what a business! What a service! Expectations are high when we get a tasty vegetable salad. But we do not get further than that. Yet we think that the chefs Jacques Maximin & Sébastien Faramond can do better, given their past. We got the impression that they were lost when we asked for vegetables. Better luck next time?
