Overall a great experience, topping my already high expectations. Every dish was perfectly in balance, both in flavor, temperature and texture. Especially the textures stood out, presenting a surprisingly pleasant mouthfeel. Lars Scharp’s “Green Menu” offers an original and highly creative vegetable-focused menu, also containing vegetables from their urban farm, a nearby roof-top vegetable garden covering 400 square meters. Unfortunately their vegetarian menu cannot be made vegan as of now (eggs and dairy are still part of offering), so there is room for growth towards 5R!
