La Colombe

La Colombe has made enormous progress in 1 year. The new vegetable menu is a real experience. The location of the restaurant is still unique, on top of a mountain, with a view of the vegetable garden, the vineyards of Constantia and the sea! Chef James Gaag created a new culinary breeze at a high level and immediately hit the top with 5 radishes. With its light, creative kitchen with lots of herbs, vegetables and colours, the award for Best Vegetables restaurant 2019 for South Africa is well deserved.
