Local farmers are therefore the heroes. The result is a seasonal kitchen that has been prepared with care and a with a sense for taste. The vegetable menu is highly recommended with dishes such as tofu with a sesame crust, cucumber, pine nuts and fennel or a cauliflower steak with pickled apricot, fine beans and a velouté of smoked almonds.
