L’Inattendu

Chef Benjamin Fontaine has a fine record to be proud of, but much more importantly... L'Inattendu has a full vegetable menu! What we did notice is that almost every dish features cheese, butter or some other animal product. This is very French-tinged and We're Smart believes that this does not always contribute to a better and purer taste experience. But chef, it's just a tip, and you are the captain on board this fine restaurant. Good luck.
