There are those culinary addresses that you will never forget. Kleine Zalze is one of them. They call it "food from the earth"! We call it solid food but very well made. Vegetables and herbs are never far away: what about tartar of veal mixed with mashed eggplant? Or a ceviche of yellow tuna with pickles of vegetables and ginger vinaigrette. Fish and meat are in the right balance with vegetables & co! Certainly do!
