Kava

Fernando Alcalá was named revelation of the year in January 2019, at Madrid Fusión. Alcalá is a young lawyer who gave up his career in Zurich to cook in this small restaurant in Marbella, where he was born. He is self-taught and learned to cook during his travels. He incorporates influences from the cuisines of Asia, Latin America and Andalusia into rich cosmopolitan dishes, simple but full of flavour. His ten-course menu is based on local ingredients. Every morning after he leaves the market, the list is adjusted.
