Chef Fernando Villasclaras Arce is delighted when he gets to cook plant-based dishes. The "Terra" vegetable menu changes weekly and is therefore finger-licking good, but vegetables also have a starring role in the basic menu! The "Terra" menu is vegetarian but can be adapted to 100% vegan. However, to be sure, we recommend indicating this when booking. And then just enjoy the creative cuisine and holiday feeling.
