Impar is the second restaurant of the Sofia hotel in a stunning vintage decor from the 50s. They describe the kitchen as "multi-gastronomic" with influences from the five continents based on fresh Mediterranean products. There is an extensive range of dishes to share on the menu, as well as pasta, rice, pizzas and dishes such as salted crust with pumpkin and eggplant cooked in olive oil.
