Chef Peter Goossens is leaving his home base, leaving his Hof van cleve in good hands. The "new" team led by chef Floris Van Der Veken has a big challenge ahead of them. We're definitely be keeping track for the We're Smart community, as the restaurant had a 100% pure plant-based offer for years and did so in a very refined and high-end manner.
