Gemyse
In Nimb Gemyse the colourful vegetables are splashing off the plate. The restaurant, located in the heart of the famous Tivoli Gardens, gives plants royal status. They are grown organically and come from a local nursery, herbs are picked in the kitchen garden of the restaurant. The chefs get inspiration for their dishes from the cuisines of Scandinavia, the Middle East and Asia and let go of all the techniques. You eat here both tartar of carrots with quail egg; broccoli and asparagus with kimchi and sesame; or roasted leeks with buckwheat and parmesan.
