Garden by Olo is the more informal bistro of the restaurant Olo housed in a covered courtyard garden. The kitchen has the same philosophy as big brother Olo. However, the attention for vegetables is even a step higher. The chef processes them carefully in the dishes. In the six-course vegetarian menu, vegetables and herbs are the stars, also in raw form. Here you eat, among other things, preparation of beetroot with green strawberries; spinach pancake with whipped cream and cranberries, a mushroom brioche with shiitake and organic Parmesan and also new potatoes from Lindroth garden with pointed cabbage and a sauce of whey.
