The duo Caroline Esch & Valerian Prade are the architects of the culinary combination on the menu at Eden Rose, and you can feel the talent simmering. They are young and they are up for something! The location in Kayl's park feels right, the feel of nature must be inspiring for the chefs too. And yes, the courses are well-stocked with vegetables, herbs, cresses, and are truly colourful paintings. Wondering if the vegetable will become even more important in the future?
