The young chef Thomas Murer came into the spotlight with his performance in the "Top Chef" program and certainly belongs to the future of Luxembourg gastronomy. The threshold is low, his dishes are rather classical, but he works with regional products and the public feasts on them. The vegetable options are limited, as is the share of vegetables.
