Chef Anne Knepper and the young team exude a dynamism that contrasts with this historic house. It is clearly allowed to be different and younger! But still, we are stuck a bit on our hunger when it comes to the cuisine. We expected vegetables to have an even bigger place, to be brought more refined and in the lead. Today, the dishes tend to lean towards the classic habits with sometimes a sublime creation that shows that the chef has more to offer! We give Public House the choice of doubt and wait and see....
