We love that vegetables are mentioned as the main ingredient, top!  Restaurant De Moestuin - The Kitchen Garden - is a total concept where the Van den Wyngaert brothers join forces to be different, closer to nature. Lodewijk takes care of the kitchen and Andreas of micro-agriculture with a focus on the plants. Since the menu is built from the plant, it is not difficult to skip any fish or meat and come and enjoy 100% pure plant. More and more, we see young chefs starting to approach what nature produces with respect, and we at We're Smart can only be happy about that. Long live our nature!
