Château Neercanne

Château Neercanne is an institute in Dutch Limburg. The 17^th-century baroque castle, close to the Belgian border, houses a renowned restaurant serving French-oriented dishes. Chef Robert Levens is in the mood, also when it comes to vegetables in the main roll.  The angle will always be based on respect for the local products and with recognisable flavours.  The castle therefore exudes class and that should also be reflected in the kitchen and service.
