The talented chef Aurora Mazzucchelli was named Italy's best emerging chef some time ago. In 2008. Last year she decided to change the format of her restaurant by opening Casa Mazzucchelli, where among the dishes with great personality, vegetables reign supreme. Her cultural mix, partly belonging to Sicily and partly to her host Emilia, are the trump card of this intriguing restaurant, which features stuffed pastas that are nothing short of divine and vegetables that are local or come directly from Sicili.
