This successful brasserie brings a rather classic and heavy cuisine. Vegetables are present, but rather as a garnish and not always refined. However it is strange that the exceptional quality of regional fruit and vegetables are not given a greater role in the "capital" of the Provence. We get the feeling that cooking is done on "automatic pilot" here. Times change, customers do too. We hope that in the future this beautiful place will be transformed into a real Provencal vegetable temple!
