Chef  has established her restaurant Cecilia within Hotel Villa Monceau. We have been following her journey for quite some time and are delighted to see her thriving here – something that clearly translates into the flavors on the plate. Her pure plant menu, “Exploration Végétale,” is truly worth discovering. It is beautifully crafted around local, seasonal vegetables, fresh herbs, and edible flowers. While we found ourselves wishing for just a little more punch in some of the dishes, we believe this reflects her feminine touch – one that highlights the pure essence of the ingredients themselves.
