Seitan Urban Bistro

As its name suggets, seitan is the great star here! Fortunately, not every dish is prepared with seitan, but all preparations are vegetarian, colourful and based on the same philosophy. This is a restaurant with potential, but there is still some work to bring the dishes to perfection every time.
