As the name suggests, Local is a restaurant dedicated to a sustainable and therefore circular economy, and the ingredients come straight from the field to the plate. The nickname "culinary nursery" is well chosen. Because they take care not to cause waste, Zero waste is the message. At least 80% of the products come from the short chain from Belgium. Quality and quantity go hand in hand with aesthetics and soft prices.
