Angèle Ferreux-Maeght (granddaughter of the artist of the famous Fondation Maeght in Saint-Paul-de-Vence) is nearly 30 and has become "Miss Health" in Paris. In a short time she became the darling of 'le tout Paris' that wants to feed healthy, useful and responsible. Her dishes are visually appealing, healthy and inspired by her great curiosity and her travels. With her two restaurants and the books she has since written, she proposes a very personal kitchen and the most balanced of the moment.
