Gramm, located in the trendy Dansaert district, is the workplace of British / Japanese chef Erwan Kenzo Nakata. He cooks creative and straightforward with what the market offers every day. His menu consists of 5, 6 or 7 courses. In that menu you will find among others preparation of scallops with kaki jelly, horseradish cream, herring eggs and dill oil. Various original combinations are quail with sprout and carrot jelly or black pudding with ginger. Vegetables are not always in the first place, but they are prepared very naturally with a maximum of taste.
