Farmstand

Farmstand is a chain of health restaurants from the American Midwest that immediately hit the mark with its first store in London. The menu is 80% vegetable, 15% meat and 5% fish and based on the diet that founder Steven Novick followed after he got cancer. The ingredients are free from dairy, unrefined sugar and artificial additives and come from sustainable producers. Zero waste is also substantial. Salads, soups, vegetarian side dishes and dishes such as Chana massala and Sicilian eggplant are entirely vegetable-based.
