Buenas Migas

Buenas Migas is a chain of meanwhile 11 restaurants founded by an Italian from Genoa and an English from Cornwall, entirely dedicated to the Italian focaccia and other traditional dishes from their native countries. On the menu include a classic tarta pascualina from Genoa, quiche with salmon and broccoli, vegetarian lasagna, quinoa salad and also carrot cake.
