The road is long until the summit and until Paternoster! But oh how happy we were to visit this little paradise. And we were clearly not the only ones. Many today make their way to the fantastic natural cuisine of Kobus van der Merwe! This pure and tasty cuisine totally seduced us. Never in South Africa have we eaten so well, so balanced and so refined. With a view of the sea and the local population all in white, fishermen who arrive with fresh fish and seafood would almost forget that there are also fruits and vegetables. Nothing is less true! The sea, the dunes and the fields here have so much wealth that end up with so much taste on the plate! Sea vegetables, dairy grains, herbs, flowers, watercress, etc. are transformed into real pearls! We have not dreamed and made Wolfgat the best vegetable restaurant in South Africa 2018!
