Vivendum

Vivendum is located directly in the Limburg fruit and vegetable region. The light, contemporary preparations of Alex Clevers are based on local products, herbs, vegetables and flowers from his suppliers and also from his own culture with which he creates a tasty interplay. As in a preparation of scallop with cauliflower, eel and cucumber or wild sea bass with algaecroute, boiled shiitake, yellow curry and Thai basil.
