When We're Smart 5 radish chefs travel to Berlin to eat at UUU, something interesting is happening. Important: UUU brings refined Chinese cuisine where vegetarian and 100% pure plant is possible. Only regret is that this is only possible if communicated at reservation, depending on the season and only on Sundays. Many barriers to enjoy pure plant at the table. We therefore ask the UUU team to change this. The 100% pure plant menu should be there, and why not always?
