This gem of a restaurant is a feast! Chef Kazuhiro Inoue brings creations with a focus on the product. Time and again, the flavours are spot on and there is an extra surprising touch that creates added value. Vegetables, herbs & co are included, but only as a by-product for now. Yet they too come with flavour in the right way, which is precisely why we want to include the restaurant in the We're Smart Green Guide to strengthen the focus on vegetables.
