Terra Olea

Chef Paco Villar swears by the short supply chain in the right season, and we can take that literally. Vegetables always get their place but fish and meat are mostly a part of this regional cuisine. Still, with We're Smart, we don't want to ignore this restaurant because the basics and attitude are right and convincing. Our tip: ask for 100% vegetables!
