Chef Szilard Toth loves wild picking and is thus close to nature. He also collaborates with friendly regional growers. At Salt, he can fully roll out his passion and style. The basic 15-course menu is with fish and meat, but purely vegetable is also possible if mentioned at time of booking. Everything is rather refined, always beautifully and always deliciously presented. Also good to know is that there is a non-alcoholic pairing to accompany your chosen dishes. Wondering if guests won't start demanding that the tasty vegetable menu shouldn't be in the basic package in the future too!
