Chef Dirk Melsheimer has everything to create a pure plant paradise: top regional products, a unique location and a beautiful vegetable garden. The cuisine is colourful thanks to the many different vegetables, but is still mainly derived from a classic cuisine: butter sauce, cream sauces, hollandaise sauce, ...
