The cuisine of this restaurant is perfectly orchestrated by the talented Marina Réal Laden who was coached by Alain Ducasse (Plaza Athénée in Paris and Louis XV in Monaco). In a classic setting you can enjoy dishes that are either inspired by medieval cuisine and reinterpreted or from dishes made with local products according to the market and the passion of the chef. We find a balance between health and vegetable in preparations without gluten, vegetarian or vegan with an abundance of fruit and vegetables.
