OZ is the work of master Andreas Caminada, but it is chef Timo Fritsche who runs the kitchen of the plant-based restaurant on a daily basis. He himself speaks of a spontaneous kitchen inspired by the fantastic products from the accompanying garden. We were quite impressed, a successful dinner that we can definitely recommend to lovers of refined vegetable cuisine. Well done chefs: 5 Radishes and We're Smart^® Discovery of the year for Switzerland 2022.
