We're Smart is first in line to motivate young professionals to pursue careers as restaurateurs, chefs, sommeliers and/or waiters. Today, a new business can't ignore plant-forward cooking either, this is what we need to work on not only out of conviction, but also because nature demands respect, and the planet begs for better treatment. Here at Les Jeunes too, vegetables get a nice place, but as far as 100% pure plant is concerned, there is still a long way to go. Isn't it up to the youth to lead by example?
