What a great place! Everything is right: the culinary assets, the beautiful vegetable garden, the professionalism, the look and feel, and all with exceptional hospitality. We were able to enjoy a high-level 100% pure plant-bases menu, although we were contacted by the reservation team 2 days beforehand to hear if we had any special requests. Good to know is that there is a 2nd bistro restaurant - The Barn - to enjoy the many local produce and culinary assets of this kitchen team led by chef Mark Bischall!
