Martin is a living culinary history. This sympathetic man has pupils all over Spain and far beyond who propagate the refinement and knowledge of the Spanish food culture. We were also allowed to experience the level of this top house, starting with the colourful vegetable salad, the herb sauces, flowers and the flavour bombs.
