Maison Kei

At lunch time, you have a beautiful view of famous Mount Fuji, but that’s not the only reason we visited Maison Kei. Chef Kei Kobayashi's team has a reputation to defend, and so does Chef Mitsuyoshi Sato with honors. It remains very recognizable and traditional. We will certainly follow this restaurant closely because we also believe that here the step towards more plant-based is not far off.
