Maca de Castro

Macarena de Castro is the first female chef in Mallorca who (in 2012) received and still has a Michelin star. She gives her interpretation to traditional dishes from Majorca and the Mediterranean. She supplies herself with vegetables, herbs, fruit, grains and birds from her 1-hectare garden. With this, she makes dishes such as quail pie with marinated sardines, skate with egg yolk of duck with saffron and artichoke and also skin and belly of soured with chickpeas and peanuts.
