Le Calandre

Over the years, the Alajmo brothers have developed a culinary empire of restaurants, bistrots and cafes and their own range of products in collaboration with their network of local producers. Le Calandre is what they call their culinary playground. It is here that chef Massimiliano Alajmo was awarded a third Michelin star when he was 28 years old. This made him the youngest chef in history to receive this honour. In his dishes, he targets all the senses with harmonious combinations, pure and powerful flavours and exceptional vegetable preparations.
