In the old house of Fernand Point, Patrick Henriroux, with two Michelin stars on his record, has retained part of the kitchen of his illustrious predecessor, but has also left his own mark on a delicious cuisine that is also very vegetable. For this he has provided a network of small local producers who supply him with fruit and vegetables of the season.
