La Calade Rooftop Restaurant

We ended up on a roof terrace of La Calade with an amazing view of Nice and the Mediterranean Sea on a warm evening. Chef Victor Marion served us some Mediterranean dishes including a tasty vegetable salad and a pasta full of flavour. Of course you can eat classic Mediterranean food here, but know that Provencal cuisine is based on tasty vegetables, citrus fruits and aromatic herbs. These are the heroes of Marion's dishes. Add the extremely friendly service, and this restaurant can expect us again in the future.
