This restaurant is decorated with warm woods and dyed in white to gray pastel colors with which it wants to show honor to the surrounding nature. In his kitchen, Geoffrey Poësson meets all expectations that the title of 'Grand de Demain' (Gault & Millau 2009) brought him. He does so with refreshing dishes with attention for the local terroir and with unbridled imagination and aesthetics. He got a star with it. We give him 4 Radishes that are just as well deserved.
