Restaurant Koka is located in the city centre of Gothenburg. Its interior is playful yet practical, with tables, cupboards and lamps that appear to have been specially designed for the space. The 11-course Pure Plant menu promises a wonderful variety of flavours, accompanied by inspiring presentation. And that makes us happy: refined, colourful dishes where vegetables truly shine, but above all, food that is delicious! Vegetables are always treated with creativity and care, with a strong focus on sustainability and pure, high-quality ingredients. Koka is creating plenty of new Pure Plant fans — and rightly so!
