On the border of Italy and France in Vernante you can find this special restaurant. Regional products are the basis of a simple tasty cuisine. Chef Fabio Ingallinera is comfortable in his own skin. The choice of vegetable dishes was limited, but the dishes offered were flavourful. The chickpeas with chard and pasta were exceptional. The mushroom risotto with dried mushroom powder was creamy and pure. My vegetable dessert of carrots, green beans, zucchini and spinach was a taste bomb.
