Hoja Santa

Hoja Santa, the Mexican restaurant of Albert Adrià and Paco Méndez, went together with neighbour and younger brother Nino Viejo and thus increased her capacity. The restaurant makes gourmet versions of the famous Mexican cuisine, including surprising creations with vegetables, such as a quesadilla with black truffle, a guacamole Ferràn Adrià style and a black look mole with avocado.
