Fleur de Loire

Chef Christophe Hay called his dream "Fleur de Loire", but it is no longer a dream. Everyone can now experience it at the Loire in Blois. Everything is present: an own style, professional support and a team, a beautiful location, and top products with even own vegetable gardens! Vegetables are very important and seasonal and occupy a shared place on the plates, where fish and meat from the region also occupy an important place. Nevertheless, the chef wants to spread the idea of sustainability to everyone who wants to hear it. Good luck with the new project, Chef!
