It is fair to say that for the We're Smart Green Guide, Fabrik is the pure plant discovery of the year in the USA. Chef-onwner Je Wallerstein cooks 100% pure plant with style. She herself calls her cuisine "low impact cuisine, conscious and inspired by the seasons", totally We're Smart in other words.
