Essenza

Simone Nardoni is an outstanding chef. His restaurant, Essenza, is located in Terracina, at the foot of the splendid Temple of Jupiter Anxur. The ambiance is very elegant and one is delighted by dishes that have been studied down to the smallest detail, both in terms of flavours but also colour combinations and textures. A vegetarian menu is available upon request.
